This system is lighter, more breathable, form fitting, and can provide front, back, and side coverage.   Our IIIA Panels are now DUAL THREAT rated which means for this low price you are getting IIIA Ballastic protection along with E1 Spike Threat protection. (all hand stab threats).   Weight: 10 x 12 IIIA panel only weighs 1.25lbs which means you are getting under 5lbs of armor with front, back, and sides. (NO MORE HEAVY RIGS). SIZING INFORMATION:   One size fits Small to 2XL.   Big Boy vests available at request and additional cost is added as larger panels are required.  Contact us for more details. ​

  • Color A fabric
  • Color B fabric
  • Lightweight to midweight fusible interfacing
    • *you may need different color interfacings for more extreme contrast color fabrics (such as black & white)
  • Matching all-purpose thread to your fabric
    • *you may wish to have matching thread to both your Color A and Color B fabrics on hand
  • 1x separating zipper
    • *see length requirements per size below
  • 3/8” (1cm) width drawstring trim

  • 1 3/8” (3.5cm) width soft elastic

Please note this workshop focuses on the self enclosed finishes included in the instruction booklet, specifically designed for woven fabrics. The videos will go in depth covering French seams, bias binding, and bound buttonhole construction methods.
